Labradorite was first recognized in the region of Labrador, Canada, but it is found in other areas of the world, Finland, Russia, Madagascar, etc. sometimes is called spectrolite.

It's believed that labradorite has healing properties, stimulates mental acuity and relieves anxiety and stress.

Labradorite conveys courage and mysticism, linked to the blues, greens and fiery gold colors from the Aurora Borealis, it's a reminder that the greatest healing stones are connected with the elements.
